UAE’s Cabinet issued resolution No. 58 of 2020, which came effect on 28 August 2020 regarding beneficiary procedures
Companies registered in UAE (excluding Dubai Financial Centre) need to register their beneficial owners & submit, on a continuous basis, information included in the register
The goals is to increase the transparency in the UAE & to create executive & regulatory tools & processes that are efficient & long-lasting with regard to beneficial owner information
