Acknowledgment of Unforeseen Circumstances
AWK Consultants recognises the potential for unforeseen circumstances necessitating the rescheduling of your cyber security training session. In order to facilitate this process effectively, we have established the following rescheduling policy:
Initiating Rescheduling: Should the need arise to reschedule your training session, kindly provide notification no less than 72 hours prior to the originally scheduled date. This can be accomplished by contacting us through the designated channels, specifically via email at training@akwconsultants.com or by phone at +971 50 120 5374.
Availability Consideration: Rescheduling requests are contingent upon the availability of alternative dates and session openings. We shall endeavour to accommodate your request within the constraints of our scheduling parameters.
Rescheduling Charges: A rescheduling fee may be levied based on the proximity to the original training date and the availability of alternative scheduling options. Detailed information regarding applicable fees will be furnished upon receipt of your rescheduling request.
Multiple Rescheduling Instances: While recognising the potential for unforeseen circumstances, it is important to note that repeated rescheduling requests may incur additional fees or be subject to restrictions.
Rescheduling Deadline: Requests for rescheduling must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe preceding the originally scheduled training session. We reserve the right to reject rescheduling requests received after a specified deadline.
No Refund Policy: It is imperative to understand that rescheduling does not qualify for a refund. Should you be unable to attend the training session and opt to cancel your registration, you will be charged the full course amount.
Confirmation Process: Upon approval of your rescheduling request, a confirmation email containing updated details pertaining to your rescheduled training session will be sent to the email you have used to register for the course.
Attendance Obligation: It is imperative that you attend the rescheduled training session as agreed upon, adhering to the designated date and time. Failure to attend without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee.
Exceptional Circumstances: In instances of exceptional circumstances, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen events, AWK Consultants reserves the prerogative to waive rescheduling fees or provide alternative arrangements at our discretion.
